The volume contains the general report of and papers presented to an international seminar on criminal law in the protection of nature and the environment in a European perspective, convened in Lauchhammer, Germany, 26-29 April 1992. A summary report of a survey on cooperation and coordination between national authorities in the control of harm to the environment of various European countries is presented in an annex.
