Needs Assessment Guide on Implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime
At the request of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, HEUNI prepared a Needs Assessment Guide on implementation of the provisions of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
In addition to questions aimed at eliciting information on implementation of the provisions in question, the guide includes achievement indicators aimed at assisting policymakers and practitioners in assessing the effectiveness and appropriateness of implementation of the provisions under review.
